Miss Kelly, Barbie’s neighbor, has been sick and Skipper, Stacy and Kelly decide to make her a cake. As they walk through the neighborhood, a new neighbor is training her dog and tries to eat the cake. The girls escape and arrive at Miss Kelly’s house, who is unexpectedly late and arriving in a helicopter. They have tea and the cake falls! Oh no! Miss Kelly announces she feels better and that she had also made a cake for tea time! The new neighbor’s dog opens the door of her house and eats the fallen cake and Miss Kelly invites her to join in for tea and cake.
